About Belmont Parent Teacher Association

(Registered Charity No.  1035373)

Belmont PTA is a registered charity whose aims are to raise funds to enhance the facilities at Belmont School for its children.

We are a friendly, welcoming group who arrange events for parents and pupils to socialise and have some fun.

Parents and carers automatically become part of our PTA when your child joins the school and it is not just you, it extends to siblings, grandparents, aunts and uncles etc.  They are all part of our wider community and we welcome any help and support to make our events successful.

The present PTA committee are:

Chairperson:              Marie Young

Secretary:                  Rachel Rodriguez

What do we do with the money raised?

Last year with the amazing support of parents, friends, teachers and children we raised over £12,000 to enhance facilities and buy new equipment for our children. We were able to give £5,000 for new books, £4,500 towards school trips and workshops and more recently we installed two fabulous pieces of climbing equipment in the Key Stage 2 playground.
